1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds on items that meet the following criteria:
The item is in its original condition and packaging.
The item has not been used, worn, washed, or altered.
The item is returned within 07 days of the original purchase date.
The item is not listed under our non-refundable or final sale items (see section 3).
2. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer support team at info@gladeslimited.com within 07 days of receiving the item.
Provide your order number, a description of the item you want to return, and the reason for the return.
Our customer support team will guide you through the return process, including providing you with a return shipping address if applicable.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days.
3. Non-Refundable and Final Sale Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds. These include:
Personalized or custom-made items.
Perishable goods.
Digital downloads.
Items marked as “Final Sale.”
4. Return Shipping
For items eligible for a refund, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the item is deemed faulty or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 07 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to arrange a return or exchange at no additional cost.
6. Cancellations
Order cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, our refund policy applies.
